    Michael was very nice and professional as well as very patient. He helped to saved us a lot of money on that property. So I feel he helped us a lot.We communicated primarily by email or text. And if needed to talk his daughter was very helpful in the office. I have never dealt with any other architects so not sure what people are looking for. But we liked Michael.

    I used Mike Deruvo for the permits and the reason I needed his help was because I had violations that needed to be cleared to prepare a house for sale .. Mike and his team handled everything from start to finish and called me when they needed info during the process and to update me on where we were in the process .. my family has used Mike for many things in the past, including plans for renovations, as he obviously is a very experienced, professional architect ... I'd definitely recommend Mike for anything related to permits and architectural needs.

    In addition to being highly professional, Mike happens to be a really great guy.
