Avoid at all costs.... Uses all subcontractors- and has zero quality control. Paula talks the talk, but can't follow through with results. Missed our FINAL Inspection.... I guess our job wasn't worth her time. We had the WORST painters on the planet totally ruin a "Brand New Second Floor" project.

AVOID DESANCTIS BUILDERS!!!!
I wish we would have read the above review prior to purchasing a new spec house from DeSanctis Builders in October 2013. We have hired attorney and are suing DeSanctis Builders due to their lack of responsiveness to our concerns about a number of issues that arose after closing. One major problem has been with the poor quality of the "mahogany" flooring material that was used throughout the entire first floor and the hallway of our second floor. The floor is splintering in numerous places throughout the entire house and their subcontractor, who was supposed to repair the floors after our attorney sent a letter of complaint to DeSanctis Builders, walked off the job when he saw the extent of the problem. DeSanctis Builders were unresponsive and our only recourse was to sue. Louis and Paula talk a good game about using all "quality" materials in the building process but that certainly has not been our experience. Our recommendation...AVOID DESANCTIS BUILDERS!!!
