The design of the porch is great, and quality of work also great. The problem came when it was time for some follow up things that needed to be done over. Poor communication and not done in a timely manner. It took many phone calls to get them back out to do the work. They also left a work trailer parked on our street for 7 weeks, prompting some calls to the police by neighbors. (this was in the winter). Could have also done a better job with cleanup. While the weather was a factor, the job dragged on much longer than needed to.
