Over promises and under delivers. Work line items were never completed, does not answer calls. Several things had to be redone due to shabby workmanship. Shower and bathroom floor tile had to be torn out and redone. Total lack of planning and time management skills.

Will provide a vague and useless contract and he will still find a way to under perform. I took the recommendation from a long ago client, unfortunately his quality has deteriorated significantly. He will claim he is Christian and his guys are craftsman, we don't want the customer to paint because we want the job to represent out quality. Painter is sub-par. His cabinet trim guy is a craftsman, best trim I've seen, but the rest are straight construction level. Do not believe he will complete the job at cost, or complete all of the items. He will drag the job out and blame you for the delay. When something looks good he will claim it even though he had very little to do with the design. He recommends a designer at Home Depot who will do a good job. Please save yourself the hassle and find another contractor - we did for the exterior. We still have a fan that we bought that he installed and then lost the remote and claims he did all of the work he was supposed too. No ethics - AVOID
