I contracted with Development and Remodeling Group Inc to do a 3 bed, 2 bath rehab in January 2013. The
estimate included 2 bath , kitchen, laundry room, flooring,interior painting and other repairs and replacements. The contractor did an inferior job in general. He was difficult to work with and changed some materials and did not provide some as promised.For one example, he was to install a granite, counter top in the laundry room but reneged by saying
"the cabinet could not support the weight. The clean up was so lacking that I had to hire a crew to complete
the work. He "could not find parts" for the sliding doors
and I had to hire someone else to fix the door locks. There are other areas that did not meet the promised
remodel contract. I would not recommend any work
with this contractor.

On top of that, when you talk to you, when you do not agree, they will swear, be disrespectful and and cause a great amount of problems!!
