Worst experience ever. 14 months later and warranty repairs not complete; big repairs such as low point drain not functioning, retexturing and painting of entire ceiling in main living area due to their mistakes when they cut out for pennant lighting and so the texturing has to be completely redone to even out and not be visible, latest thing our drive way is crumbling and since we used de-icer once he claims it was the cause of the damage even though was only placed in small section to allow my car to get out of garage. Slowest process in the world. Builder didn't have home built at projected time and caused unnecessary out of pocket expenses for having to change finish date four times with mortgage company. Would never recommend
