We have had a problem with our master shower freezing since we bought in 2008.after numerous tries to correct the problem,it still freezes!The last time they tried,they wrapped uninsulated lines with foam covers!I handed him a batt of 30r insulation and asked Heath Sauders to wrap with that also for added protection,he didn't,and of course it froze again this Christmas 2012!My main problem with them is they set up an appointment with you and "plumber" and the plumber turns out to be Heath Sauders.Apparently his knowledge of insulating pipes is minimal and should be having professionals doing this job!They don't return calls(I called and left message with Heath on 12/27/12 and am still waiting for answer on 01/16/13)This is typical and the reason I am writing here!It's a shame companies don't fix their problems right the first time instead of putting on band aids time and time again...I NEED THIS FIXED A S A P

Permits

Buyer beware. Had this company build us a "custom" home and they produced a very poor quality product. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Initial walk list was over 12 pages. Main issues were prep before stain and paint. Then they didn't use the same paint so we have at least two-three definable shades on numerous walls and ceilings, stain is not the same on doors or cabinetry, cracked stone fireplace columns, I could go on and on. Their response.......we will not fix any of these issues. Came from Laney Mooney and Thayer Vinton. Had a respected home builder review the issues and he submitted a $20k quote to fix just the stain and paint issues. BEWARE.
