We hired Luis on 02/07/2024, and as of today (03/12/2024), the small simple project has not yet been finished. He scheduled to be here on every Friday, and never showed up, never called to explain that he was going to be late, and we have not heard a word from him since Saturday, when he was scheduled to be here to finish the project (on Friday the day before). We have essentially advised him via text that he has till the end of business today to respond or we will go elsewhere to finish the project. His time management is probably the worst we have ever experienced. We gave him up front money and did not argue with his quote. We will NOT recommend him to anyone!

We are very disappointed in Díaz Flooring as they started our laminate flooring over 4 weeks ago. We were originally told it would only take 4-5 days to complete the new flooring installation. Despite multiple attempts to contact Luis, the owner, we have not received a response. In hindsight, I regret paying for the services before the job was completely finished. Unfortunately, it seems we will have to find someone else to come and complete the job that Díaz Flooring was unable to finish.
