We have been living in our house built by Dieffenbach construction for about 2 years now and it is litteraly falling apart. Door frames coming apart from the wall, cracked furnace plate, all of the towel Racks falling out of the walls, the banister went right through the wall because they did not put it into a stud. I could go on for awhile. F you know what is good for you, don't buy a home built by this company. That don't care about any of the above listed when reporting it to them. They probiblay paid off the inspector, because I can not imagine that our house was built to code.

You will be hiring engineers and tilers and plumbers and electricians for fires, and roofers for leaks all over the place, hardiplank will need to be replaced, windows will break because they were put in wrong, It doesnt matter if it was inspected because the inspectors in years past were not doing there job either. Too many homebuilders with no experience building. This particular one used to brag about how cheap his materials were.
