I had them come out and inspect my roof and much to my surprise, found I didn't yet need a new roof but there was one spot where a roofing nail had risen. Dylan Smith patched it for a nominal fee and my roof was secure during both hurricanes this past summer. I was so impressed that I will have him come out before next hurricane season to put on a new roof.
