If I could rate him lower than one, I would. He's a horrible pool builder and corrupt. The tile in my pool is falling off over the entire pool after only three years and the concrete work is terrible. When asked to fix the pool tile that is falling off, he responded by not responding. He blamed the damage on soil conditions. Even though several independent pool companies have inspected it and deemed it due to his poor workmanship and construction, he refused to deal with the problem. So, if you are a prospective pool buyer...beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing.

We used Dion Hawes to install a solar system for our home. We spent around $6,000 for new panels and installation. The installation took longer than planned and was terrible. Dion said he warranted his work for one year and the panels even longer. In less than a year we have had the following problems.
1. Was told he was a Christian man and trust worthy but given the above facts you decide – first day on the job
2. After installation trying to get Dion to return calls and/or resolve issues does not work – from the very beginning or after payment was made
3. Panels were attached to the roof incorrectly and now they are buckling and tearing due to the wind – within 3 months of install
4. Leaks problems where the solar panel fasteners weren’t installed properly – first rain storm within 5 months of install
5. Panels now leak here the panel was cut to go around roofing pumping – first cold spell – with 7 months of install
6. As of January 2, 2015 Dion Hawes phone number is disconnected – 7 months after install
Use Dion Hawes at your own peril, actions speaks louder than words. If we could rate him lower we would… perhaps zero would work.
