I would not recommend Mr. Diproperzio. He did not have a great understanding of the building codes, which led to a 2-year wait for permits on a general construction permit. We have now been living in our house for over a year and a half and the permit is still open because he has not revised the schedule B plumbing drawing to reflect the finished work. Furthermore, he had some decisions in the drawings which my contractor said were a waste of money such as 5 smoke alarms in our basement. He was pleasant to work with from our perspective although not responsive at times but our contractor found him very difficult to work with.
