I do not recommend Discovery Homes. Regarding their project at 4775 N. Settler's Ridge, Boise, ID, they constructed a faulty home. They were sued and agreed to compensate the owner for their error but instead filed for bankruptcy. The litigation and court case is of public record with Chad Olsen being the owner of Discovery and to blame.
