I would not recommend this contractor. Did sub-standard residential work on a major rennovation. Cracks developed in wall and ceiling, roof leaked in 3 spots, thermastat was placed under the steps and insulation was not used in parts attic which resulted in high heating and cooling bills. Could stand in attic and look through holes to the outside. Gutters were not installed which resulted in moisture and mold in house. I was overcharged and ended up paying bills that did not apply to my project. Not a trustworthy contractor.

We worked with Ms. Jervey on 3 commercial projects of increasing size and dollar volume. She was prompt with permitting, provided weekly activity reports, and interfaced with the Developers seamlessly. She was adept at plan reading, as-build preparation, and submitted project closeout documentation in a timely manner. Our engineers loved her! The last project was a commercial parking lot with 75 spaces which required the installation of underground utilities, right of way permitting, site electrical installation, and the demise of 2 buildings. We would highly recommend her services.
