  Roof, remodel of kitchen, addition, and Lean too.

  This contractor gave us a false estimate from a fake electrician and plumber. Neither were licensed and the Owner of this company provided a contract that was signed by someone (no one admitted to who it was) So it was an illegal act and dishonest act. They lied about having experience, which they only have experience with Lean Too's and patios. Do not let them do your roofs ( they ruined ours and charged us top dollar $15,500. did the work in the rain and then we had leaks and mold. Then the frame of the addition that we paid the top dollars for was incorrectly done. In fact the Napavine City building inspector had said "I have never in all my years seen anyone try to frame this way, I did not pass them 2 different times but looked at it as a teaching opportunity."
  In other words we were their guinnie pigs and every step of the way the owner wanted to argue and manipulate us into buying more supplies even though they promised in the beginning that "Everything is included" which the costs and inspections were another thing!!! Their FAKE electrician went into our attic and instead of placing the new wiring in electrical boxes, just used ELECTRICL BLACK TAPE!!! OMG!! Their reasoning was well "Daniel said you would not get an inspection and Daniel wanted us to do everything as cheap as possible" Wonder if Daniel ever told them how much I had paid him to do a safe and nice job and the inspections were supposed to be included. Then this same fake electrician threatened us and said "if we turned him into L&I that he would hate to see something bad happen to me and my family"
  Please do not make my mistake and trust someone only because my husband played Soccer with their family.
  I promise you that they are smoothe talkers and you truly want to trust and even like him and his family but the company is crooks. They do not even report their employees on their taxes. At my house there were 6-7 different Hispanic men in and out and none of them were reported on this companies taxes. I have now done my research, regrettably I did not do all this prior to giving him all my money and had the job not even done, no itemized receipt for what was actually paid for since I ended up paying out of my pocket for everything that was supposed to be included.
  They never finished the job and even though we paid them everything we had, they did not bother to pay their fake employees to finish the job. So when I contacted these men after the contractor walked off the job, then they said that I would have to pay them an additional $3000 to come finish the plumbing job or come even help us, Since the owner of the company never paid the employees what I already paid them.
  Buyer beware do not use this company, I don't care if they are good friends or not, they are no longer our friends and if anything we will be turning them into L&I as well as getting an attorney for the false paperwork they provided.
  This was a nightmare, so don't make our mistake.
  Ask the city building inspectors and other people for recommendations that you have actually seen and know their work. Please be careful..
