Terrible. Lied about fixing my AC. Lied about returning the same day. Led me to believe all day they would return. Finally at 7:00pm informed me no one was coming. Left me in an 86 degree home.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I have used this service 3 times and the problem was never resolved. My problem was in the hottest part of the day the temp was not matching the setting. Seems like a common problem. The first guy put in freon. The second guy took freon out. And The third guy said you need to clean the coils and your warranty doesn't cover maintenance. He was very condescending to my wife by showing her a video of how it's done like she is too stupid to understand. Call me back DOC if you want to help your customers.
