One star is too much for this man. I had him do a fence for me. He said he used cement on the posts but when the posts came loose, there was no cement AT ALL. Of course i paid for the cement. Posts are rusty already and it's not even a year old. He is a nasty nasty man when confronted with his dishonesty. I have used several contractors in my life and he is byfar the worst. I cannot stress enough how poor his work is. The price keeps going up as the work takes place, and if it is not paid when he shows up, he will remove materials from the work site when you are not home. DO NOT USE DON CORDER.

AWFUL. Do not recommend him AT ALL for any project big or small. Unreliable. Dishonest. Price gourger. extrememly poor craftsmanship. cheap materials. I do NOT recommend him at all, even if he was going to do it for free.
