I have used Home Improvements Done Right several times both on my investment properties (buy & holds, flips, new construction), as well as my personal home and each time Mauricio and Daniel were able to deliver above expectations and within budget. They and their teams are very easy to work with, and can work autonomously,making logical judgement calls in the field and when necessary, will suggest thoughtful improvements.
Communications are clear, timely, and effective. They are competitive from a pricing perspective, and their work quality is among the best out there. They leave the work area neat and orderly and their employees are extremely polite and friendly.
For all the aforementioned, Home Improvements Done Right is my default GC, and I have even referred them to other builders who had issues with their previous contractor's performance. The feedback on those referrals have always been extremely positive.
I will continue to use them on my projects.

Thank goodness for Home Improvements Done Right! Daniel, Mauricio and their crew did an AMAZING job with my home renovations—wood flooring, painting, accent wall wood panel installation, bathroom repairs and tiling, removing an interior wall, kitchen counter and shelving, electricals and more. I’m in absolute LOVE with the results! It was such a great process working with HIDR. They are so friendly, and paid attention to my concerns, questions, things I wanted changed/corrected and were great collaborators to find solutions and bring my vision to life. In some cases, they suggested better ways of approaching an idea.
