No would not recommend to others. Have been trying to get him (tony doung) to fix shower/bath plumbing in apartment for 5 years. He is the landlord/owner. Has not fixed. It is a health and safety hazard. he dont have time to fix, complains about having to come out in traffic. Now says hes in Sacramento and only avail on saturday and Sunday. What kind of contractor is he if he can not maintain his own property!!!
