Highly unprofessional company. I purchased a brand new house from Double Arrow. Within 8 months, a leak starts in the ceiling. Gallons of water dripping on the floor when the upstairs bath tub is used. We notified Kamran, the owner to fix it. He shows up with the crew and they start banging around in the bathroom. “All normal,” I think to myself. The next day, he and the crew show up over an hour and a half late to continue to diagnose what’s wrong. They open a 4 foot wide hole in the ceiling. They stain the rug in the kitchen by leaving a filthy bucket right on it. Then Kamran claims that the leak is from “blunt force” to the tub and asks if we dropped tools in there, as if I’m in the habit of bathing with hammers. The last time we took a bath in the tub, there were no leaks - no bubbles, and definitely not gallons of water draining which I would have noticed. Now I have a hole in the ceiling, a bathroom that is unusable, and Kamran has stopped replying to efforts to reach out and fix. Hopefully, the home warranty folks take care of it but it is less than a pleasant experience to say the least.
