    kitchen and bathroom remodel

    Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Double Eagle Land & Development for general contracting services. We hired the company for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. The timeline was severely mismanaged( 2-4 month job still not complete at 8 months) due to poor job-site management, products were installed faulty or damaged, and the contractor refused to fix, replace, or credit for the products that don't work. The quality of work is below expectations, often requiring us to point out issues and requesting corrective action be taken. The customer service was extremely poor and rather embarrassing. Agreement set forth by contractor was often breeched and/or conditions not met. When asked to remedy the issues, the contractor became defensive and unwilling to follow through on their commitments. I would not recommend Double Eagle Land & Development for any projects.
