I have hired Doug Benner for many projects and always feel more than satisfied with his work. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He does excellent work and tells you what your paying for and does not give you the run around. I feel so comfortable using him that I cannot go with anyone else when it comes to needing a contractor.

Things seemed to start of well, but as the project went along it was clear Doug Benner and his assistant didn't really know how to do what they were doing very well.
Now, months later, I have floor tiling moving and shifting, grout cracking, drywall seams splitting, trim separating and plumbing installed incorrectly leaking and gurgling.
Would not recommend you use him. If you do, you will have no one but yourself to blame later.
Caveat emptor in the extreme.

Doug Benner II was great. He was quick to respond, provided a fair estimate, and went above and beyond. He took pride in his work and was determined to get the job done - in the RIGHT way. He is friendly, professional and passionate about his work. I highly recommend him. He helped us in a bind with a project that ended up bigger than any of us expected. He did wonderful work and left this customer satisfied and grateful.
Thank you, Doug!

all i can say is DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!! my wife and i had our kitchen done by doug benner and it started off ok but as the kitchen started to come together we found many imperfections like huge gaps that they tried to hide with caulk, the plumbing was cross threaded and leaked water all over the new cabinetry, the cabinets themselves were damaged which they filled with something and you could see it from across the room along with many other issues. weeks after more thinks started to show as well like the caulk was cracking all over the place and trim was separating. i work in a office and i did a better job doing our bathroom on my own with not much remolding knowledge at all and my trim joints didnt even need caulk! i would avoid at all costs...
