Initial installation was ok, with a few issues, but within the price range I was expecting for the Generac Generator 20KW. However, their reliability is close to zero. They would not answer or return your calls. My generator stopped working (red light) and I called then for more than a week, 2 or 3 times per day, leaving messages with details. No returns. Home advisor confirmed the number was still valid.
