Overall we love the house. However, anyone buying form this builder should crawl around on the floor and check all the spots that are hard to see if you are not under 2 feet tall. Whoever finishes for them left some places where there were more than an inch gap that should have been sealed. Lots of bugs and of course we found these RIGHT after the 1 year warranty is up - no response from the builder to fix their shoddy work.
