My experience with this company was very disappointing. Brian came to my home to write up a proposal and seemed very confident and personable explaining how experienced he is and what a great job he would do. Three times I expressed my concern regarding the puddling on my porch due to low spots and each time he assured me he would take care of it as that is part of the "Necessary Prepwork" and was covered in his $1,400 cost. After porch was completed, with first rain same puddles reappeared and stayed for 3 days staining the area. I chose color "Gull Grey" and a different, much darker color was applied. I told him I needed low maintenance finish; what I got shows everything and does not clean up with Dawn soap as he suggested. He said he would connect my downspouts into Deco Drains that, for an additional $900, were installed by his "like a father to me" friend, did not happen. Drains were too narrow so the downspouts were just left on top to spew rain water and leaves that make a mess and stains my porch. I have hired another contractor to completely remove and re-do everything including drains at a lower cost than the 2,300 we paid in total for previous work. I am a senior citizen, not a concrete contractor, so many of these issues have been brought to my attention by new contractor and even neighbors who saw the work done by Driveways R' Us. I sent Brian a letter to which his girlfriend emailed a reply, but have no confidence he will do as he promises. So plain and simple, I paid $1,400 for a painted porch and an additional $900 for drains that need to be replaced.
