    Hired the public adjuster who worked under the DSE construction name
    $56,000

    There is a licensed public adjuster who is a crook and wicked who provides his services under the name of DSE construction. He is a good friend of Haim who I believe is the owner of DSE construction. This public adjuster is a scammer. He convinces you of getting money from home insurance for the insurance loss you suffer. He takes 10% cut which he asks you to pay upfront after the first check issued by the insurance. However beware that insurance do not give the entire sum in one check. They pay in parts. But as per the contract with the public adjuster you end up paying him the 10% of his estimate that he submitted only to realize that once he gets his money you are at his mercy. He does not answer your phone calls, he does not return your text or email and more than anything he does not closely work with your insurance to get your money. Essentially you paid him 10% of whatever sum the insurance approves and you never get as per his estimate. And his responses are rude and harsh when you question on why he doesn’t work with insurance to get the money as per his estimate. Additionally if you account his 10% cut in the equation you will realize that you are at loss. At times his estimate will be much lesser than what insurance approves and yet he demands that he gets his 10%. He threatens to take you to court, report to collection if you don’t pay. All in all he is a scammer and wants to make easy money by just submitting an estimate and not working towards the benefits of his client. The license of this person must be revoked. There is nothing called sincerity and earnestness in him. People lose trust in humanity and fellow humans after working with this scammer.
