The builder has no actual contracting skills (or business skills) and has been in several lawsuits due to poor craftsmanship and not abiding by their home warranty. This company has 0 ethics and does not stand by it's product. Their warranty is worth as much as the paper it is written on for example it takes over a year to get a hole patched in your wall and replace defective floor boards. Beware of this company and the empty promises and poor quality. They rip off the buyer and run with your $$$.
