    They were an assigned contractor to build a house

    This is the worst contractor we have ever been associated with. They were assigned to build our new home and just about every aspect of the project has been a disaster. Buildings on our property were randomly destroyed as we matured trees. Retention ponds we unnecessarily installed and then not done properly. Sod was improperly installed that all died creating a muddy mess. Doors and floors that were installed do not close or seal properly and a/c heat ejects filters each time it comes on causing loud interior notices. The warranty is useless as they are the warranter. Override cost were billed for mistakes they caused and we are still trying to remove them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, WISH THEY HAD A ZERO RATING!

    They were assigned to us . Weren’t able to follow rules and regulations

    Rude not professional. Does substandard work . Lazy and shoddy . To be fair they were assigned to build our new home . We would not recommend this company to anyone . Bathroom floor has a line where tiles do not match , concrete showing that was supposed to be covered , crooked looking window on the front of the house ( actually the siding is crooked that makes the window appear crooked . Poor planning with this project .The breaker box labeled donning room and wascher not professional at all Not happy with the results of a new home built by this company .Save yourself and family from results like this . You should know the warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on . Hoping this comment is not deleted because people have a right to know the truth !
