Feb 18, 2020 Smoke alarm went off 4:00 in the morning. I called Rossmoor
mutual @8:00 told them house smelled of burnt
wires I turned off all breakers. rossmoor sent their people out two hours later ,this is after I told them all my windows and doors are open and I think it our heater. we were freezing.....Rossmoor said it was a big job and they have to call ALL BAY . John came fixed the blower starter and turned on breakers WE HAD HEAT AGAIN said blower was shot and he would replace it, what day would be good for me ? John said he would be here between 9:00 and 10:00 and would be here until 1:00 so I told him to come Tues he was here 9:30 and worked until 3mins to 1:00 He was very informative and his son was working with him. You could tell he wants his son to take over when he retires as he was so good about explaining things to him. I sat in the other room and listen to father to son , it made me smile as his son is very sharp and has a lot of experience
My former husband was a general contractor and I thought how he use to teach his son the ropes. They were very clean, had tarps on the floors, they left no finger print marks on my white walls I was very happy!!!!!!!
They were very kind to each other and to me ... I will always call them with any problems and will demand rossmoor to send them out. I could tell you nightmares about their crew.. not only do I have white walls but my house is full of antiques...THANK YOU GUYS! and my heater works wonderful.
