This contractor demolished a home in a historic district without the proper permits. He received a stop work order for illegal demo, and several sanitation fines. The property has been demoed for 6 months and is a terrible eye soar on our street. Unfortunately because he purchased the property and was not a hired contractor the neighbors on our street cannot file a formal complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission.
I would caution anyone hiring this contractor or even listing him on your website.

Dunkin Integrity group did a great job refinishing my basement after it was damaged by water from a broken pvc pipe. They took the time to seal and water proof around the basement door, removed alll the mold, replaced the pressure treated lumber, and replaced the damaged drywall. They found matching industrial carpeting and installed it throughout the basement. I would recommend Dunkin Integrity Group for any home improvement project.
