My experience working with Dupont Construction was nothing short than HORRIBLE. 1, MY HOUSE CALLED FOR 9FT CEILING AND HE PUT 8 TO LINE HIS POCKETS. HE SAID IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT, BUT HE DID THE SAME THING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AGAIN TO LINE HIS OWN POCKETS.
2. HE HIRES INEXPERIENCE WORKER WHO HAD TO KEEP COMING BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
3. HE LIES ABOUT THE APPLIANCES YOU ARE GOING TO GET. HE WILL GET THE CHEAPEST HE CAN FINE.
4. WHOEVER INSTALLED MY CABINETS SCRATCHED THEM BADLY AND HE LIED AND SAID IT WAS ME. I WASN'T IN THE HOUSE AT THIS POINT.
5. HE LEFT MY ROOF UNFINISHED. THE FAUCETS IN THE BATHROOM TURNED ALL THE AROUND AND LEANED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. THE TUB AND SHOWER MECHANICS DIDN'T WORK.
6.HE DIDN'T SOD THE GRASS WHICH MADE IT SPOTTY. THE DRIVEWAY CRACKED ONE MONTH AFTER I MOVED IN.
7. MY CABINETS CAME 2-TONES AND THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE SO HE SPRAYED PAINTED THEM BLACK AND THEY LOOKED HORRIBLE. HE CLAIMED I DID IT. (AGAIN LIES AND MORE LIES) I WASN'T EVEN IN THE HOUSE YET. I MENTIONED THIS TO HIM AND PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME HE WAS NOT GOING TO REPLACE THEM.
8. HE PUT 4 DIFFERENT APPLIANCES IN THE KITCHEN.
9. HE PUT ALL THE LIGHTS ON ONE SWITCH INSTEAD OF 2.
10. THE TOILETS CONTINUED AFTER YOU FLUSH.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM DUPONT CONSTRUCTION. HE IS ONLY CONCERN ABOUT HIS LINING HIS OWN POCKETS INSTEAD OF MAKING THE HOMEOWNER HAPPY AND DOING QUALITY ROOM.
11. HIS WIFE IS JUST AS CROOKED. HE TOLD ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT HER TILE WAS DISCONTINUED. SO SHE WENT TO SEE FOR HERSELF AND HOME DEPOT TOLD HER MR. DUPONT CAME AND CANCELLED HER ORDER. HE IS A BIG BIG LIAR.
I COULD GO ON AND ON. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CONTRACTOR. YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID.
