I had your company come to my home twice to repair my ac. Both times you failed to repair my ac. You were called first thing this morning to notify you that the repair you did yesterday did not fix the ac. You never showed up to fix the ac that you should have fixed yesterday. You didn't even have the courtsey to call to let me know whwn you would be here, after telling me it would be repaired today. Am I not important to you? I already know the answer. Extremely unsatisfied.
