Ed the owner came over personally and told me that he could patch the roof expertly and that would stop the water from coming into my third floor bedroom. Well he sent two guys over later on that day who stayed up there for short time. I was told that the matter was resolved but the water leaked even worse when it rained one week later. I called twice with no response. They made the situation worse and then will not even address the issue. I want my money back so that I can go to an honest company and get my roof repaired properly.
