I would never hire Martin or his company. They were hired by my HOA to complete work in my condo. Martin continually asked less than 24 hours in advance to come work on the repairs. Luckily I could accommodate the last minute requests. After the first day they told my family member they would contact me to continue with repairs in 2-3 days. They never did, on the 3rd day I contacted them and they requested once again less than 24 hours notice to come back to continue the work. I was able to swing that, it would have been nice of them to tell me once they finished the work, but they just left my house without even notifying us. Today they were a no call no show. We had to call them and ask them if they still planned to come, they did not come. I asked for better communication from Martin and little did I know that meant just lies. Martin multiple times has lied to me. He emailed me stating they checked the spackle and couldn't paint today, no one let them into my house, so I can only assume he just admitted to unlawfully entering my house. He also lied and stated he talked to my family member and planned to be at my house in the morning to complete the job, I am with said family member and he never spoke with them. Again another lie. When I spoke to Martin tonight on the phone and called him out on the lies he got defensive and refused to talk with me. DO NOT TRUST MARTIN in your home, he is a liar and has no ethical compass.
