This company was wonderful at the beginning and then everything fell apart. I have paid them all but $1400 because they have not completed the job. ( 5 months later) We have not had any education on how to take care of the pool, they have promised to fix a fence broken with a tarp that was used by their crews in my yard without doing so, and there is a mess and debris leftover from their crews, and they are now threatening to file a lien on my property if I don't pay BEFORE the job is complete. Nevermind the fact that I spoke to the owner's wife a day before the lien threat and I agreed to pay the portion of the leftover amount so they could pay their crews, and they would complete the job. I followed through and made a $1600 payment on the final $3000 dollar bill. A day later they threaten to file a lien on my house over $1400. When you pay almost $50000 cash to a company and they try to hold you hostage over $1400, it seems moralistically inappropriate. I do not recommend going with Dynasty pools.

Buyer Beware. I give them 2 stars as their designs are really nice. Beyond that, the experience has not gone well. First, for anyone considering a major project such as a pool, you should ensure the contract does not call for a final payment before the project is complete. That is how this company operates and has left us with unfinished and botched work with no leverage. It is ironic that they actually use our pool and yard in photos on their multiple websites. We are over a year and a half in and have parts of our decking crumbling, a hideous plaster job and no functioning outlets that were installed by them. Most likely, these issues would not exist had Steven and/or Sarah oversaw the subcontractors performing the work. However, once the contract was docusigned, their presence was few and far between. I initially had the impression of them as terrific people, but this experience has significantly changed that. I will gladly modify or remove this post should Dynasty Pools honor their contractual obligations, but it has been 4 months of no replies to our requests for completion.
