This man get no stars at all, but I most select a star, which is generous at that.
If you want your home project partially done then use this contractor. He is cheap, never returns phone calls, and will do 90% of the job you tasked him to do. The remaining 10% you will NEVER get completed. Good luck on having him return phone calls to come to your house and fix any issues, because he will not return them. This guy lies upon lies, and will tell you what you want to hear just to stop you from bugging him. This contractor is usually the cheapest bid that you will get, and he's that way for a reason. He plain stinks and I would not recommend him to anyone. If you use him you must like to pay for poor workmanship, buyer beware!!
