This man is a CROOK, THIEF and a LIAR!!! Hired him for a complete home remodel. Completely gutted the house. Managed to have it lifted a entire year later. When confronted with lack of work being done, he got busy and ripped the entire back wall of the house off!! Couldn’t provide not one receipt or invoice for the work he’s done. Structural Engineers report states that foundation was done incorrect and house is now leaning. $104,250.00 later and he has left us with a shell of a home that will cost us over $400,000.00 to repair because of this mans “workmanship!” John Ferry takes zero responsibility for what he’s done.
