Sole Owner
Ed Gray cashed a check for $2,825 for poorly executed design work. As a contractor, he hired a draftsman who led us to believe that he was an architect by omission. Ed Gray never signed a contract to avoid responsibility for shoddy design work. He never answered questions about the designs nor would he give me an approximation of cost.Two other contractors have told me that the plans are worthless. He still owes me money that the draftsman didn't use. Ethical?
