He's going to bid your quote low, then start finding new issues that surface during remodel and charge you double. Super shady!! Insurance contractor carries only covers limited liability negligence so you won't be covered. Don't walk...RUN! Terrible and unethical vendor. Pay a little more for a lot less headache.

He has a terrible temper and is a difficult person to deal with. He yelled at both myself and my real estate agent. His work is beyond awful, he literally installed a full bathroom sink to drywall with two screws. Save yourself the headache and find another contractor.
