    Bought "new" house that wasn't so new or clean. Stop by before you buy

    Buyer beware. There is no quality control performed. Work is done by sub-contractors whose work is not accurately verified by the Eagle 1. Work is performed to get it done, but not done correctly. The buyer nor a buyer representative was present at the final walk through. Eagle 1 expects you to catch all issues instead of them performing a final walk down to create a punch list of items that should be corrected prior to closing. 2 other neighbors have confirmed that there is no attention to detail and when confronted, Eagle 1 gets angry for work they should have performed to start with. Unless they are willing to perform a thorough inspection and fix/repair issues (many of which they were alerted to 2 weeds and 1 week and 1 day before closing and did not fix/repair by closing), I would stay away unless you want to pay 100% for a house that is 95% complete. I continue to reach out to EAGLE 1 with no response.
