built 4 homes in my life, this was the worst experience every. Poor project management and lack of attention to detail. We had to end our contract early and finish many items on our own as the builder would not provide a date for completion after 18 months of building. Windows scratched, sewer line clogged with rocks, water line broke due to inferior coupling, concrete drive chipped because he did not seal (or ask me to seal) and let contractors park on freshly poured concrete through the winter. Avoid this builder
