    We hired Eamon Walsh Construction (contractor name is Thuy Nguyen) and from the start, the communication, quality of work, timeliness of project completion and basic understanding of the job were all a MESS. Thuy hired day laborers that were not skilled workers. We didn't see him at the site... ever. It took so long to get the job done. He submitted an application for a permit that he didn't follow through in getting and then we had to step in to close the permit with the county (spending thousands on survey work) only to be told by the inspector that this type of permit wasn't required for this work. But by then, we had spent the thousands and we're stuck in a position with the county where we had to close the permit. Overall, the job was poorly done. It was a mess. He was a night mare. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from working with Eamon Walsh Construction or Thuy Nguyen.

    The owner is very unprofessional. He emails or texts when you ask him to call you. He sent a worker that he subcontracted to my house to do some work on roof and gutters. I should enter the texts he sent me today First the man he sent was a professional and by no means did anything wrong. I am going to try and attach these texts from today. He said he would be at my house at 10;30 today At 11 he sent me a text saying he would be here on Wednesday to address my request to come and take his material down and refund my money. He said he found a solution to fix the leaks and we will be there Wednesday morning. I replied that I want it fixed or half my money back and I shouldn't have to wait till Wednesday I was sitting there waiting for him to show up for 10:30 and he texted me at 11 he said my apologies I answered that it wasn't good enough My apologies will have to do You have a few leaks and we will take care of it on Wednesday .I responded that it was not a few leaks it was the whole job leaking He said we will be there Wednesday I told him it was leaking inside and outside I told him I would hire someone else to fix it. I further stated that I would give him a bad review on the better business site and at his site. I told him that he no longer has permission to enter my property I told him I would also post it on facebook I told him I would post the video of how bad it was leaking at every angle of the job Not just a few leaks. His response was that I was one mean Christian lady He also said he was sorry for me. I said No, you are one lousy business man .He said on how you are acting, He said I need a lot of prayer to was away ,y nastiness. I said on how quickly you finish a jab. He responded and said we worked our tails off to please you and you complained about everything. He said do what you must and that he prays for me. I responded that you not have such a satisfying experience I have not complained once. He said do you must! You are near of life and should be kind and patient instead of bitter..I replied that he was a liar He said what are you talking about. I said I would make sure these posts will also go online. He stated that I reduced the work and that he lost money on the hob because I reduced the work I am sorry you feel this way. Best wishes! I said you started all the wrong materials to start the job. He stated that is was just the color Not a big deal. Goodbye. I repsonded that it was more than that. I told him he had no ides of what was going on here until you showed up for payment. I further stated he told me that the gutters had grit in them and they needed to be washed out and he turned around and said he was replacing them. How very unprofessional he was to attack me that way!

    Eamon Walsh - Scam Artist

    I signed a proposal dated 8/20/2014 from Mr. Eamon Walsh. I wired $1100 to him at his request. The job description was very clear and concise. He was to complete drafting changes to a set of residential building plans. Within a span of 10 weeks 10/20/2014 he had never completed even 1 change stipulated in the contract. Mr. Walsh manufactured one excuse after another. He is a compulsive liar. The only thing Mr. Walsh is good at is performing a "Wallet Biopsy."

    Mr. Walsh should not be trusted to perform any work for anyone. He has stolen money from a large number of Florida residents.

    Mr. Walsh will only accept payment via bank wire. He does this because the consumer has minimal recourse when sending payment this way.

    Mr. Walsh has promised to refund the $1100.00 on 4 separate occasions. I have received $0 from him as of 2/1/15.

    Out of frustration I retained an attorney to sue him and I look forward to seeing him in court.

    Mr. Eamon Walsh is a professional crook.
