Terrible company and liers. One of safety sensors (on exhaust tube) was removed from furnace by technician George and was not replaced at all. This technician also replaced pressure sensor and checked sensors on main system of furnace. He spent about 2 hours to find out what is wrong. To our warranty company they said that they didn't touch any sensors and checked only meters. Thus order was transferred to other contractor who also mentioned missed sensor and who said that this should be obviously replaced by previous company.

I strongly advise against using George for any AC repair services. My experience with him was nothing short of a nightmare. He consistently misled me with false diagnoses and unnecessary recommendations, all seemingly aimed at inflating the cost of repairs.
Firstly, George claimed to have added Freon gas to my AC unit, but it turns out no such service was performed. Next, he insisted that the compressor was burnt out and needed replacement, despite there being no actual issue with it. He also pushed for a change of the condenser, which upon inspection by another mechanic, was found to be unnecessary.
To top it off, George significantly marked up the prices of every part he supposedly needed, from the compressor to the Freon gas and everything in between. He insisted on cash payments without providing any receipts, which raises serious questions about his business practices and accountability.
Overall, George's conduct was deeply unethical and dishonest. I am left wondering how he ever obtained certification to practice as an AC mechanic. Save yourself the headache and avoid George at all costs.
