Don't ever expect to see the Contractor once you start your project. He NEVER came by to see how things were going, never saw the finished job. Wanted more money. We picked out our cabinets, contractor NEVER came back to us with the price, so we assumed they were included in his quote. The subcontractor that was working at our home suggested a few things to us that sounded good, we decided to go with his ideas, never did the general contractor come to us to say this was going to be more money. We had to purchase items ourselves to keep this job going forward (I'll admit there were money issues that were not his fault, nor ours, it was between the adjuster we hired and Eastern Property Solutions), but again NO communication. If he had just picked up the phone and let us know what was going on it would have been much appreciated. When we tried to get him to meet in person to explain his charges he would not do it, Again I would never recommend him to anyone, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

We were referred to him by a Public Adjuster after major water damage to our home. That was our first mistake! His bid was much lower than the contractor we originally wanted to use, so we went with Eastern. We wound up spending at least $20k over the original bid, this was out or our pocket. Eastern never once came to us to let us know how much anything cost. When we picked out the kitchen cabinets, I assumed that it was all included since we NEVER heard a word from Bill (the General Contractor) I would have thought that if there were extra charges he would have at least mentioned this to us, so we knew what the charges were. This happened more than once and we only found out we he hit us up for more money than we had already given him. We had to buy items out of our pocket and complete some of the electrical work ourselves, due to his electrician not being available, when he knew we wanted to be back before Christmas. Again he never let us know he left that to John, his subcontractor. He would NOT agree to meet face to face, our only communication with him was via text or email ( and that was not much). He never once came to our home to see how things were going, he never saw our home when it was finished. Although the subcontractor John that was doing most of the work at our home was very nice, he was not the boss. We assumed that when he did something it was included in the quote, since again we never heard from Bill ( general contractor) Bill will tell you it was due to lack of payment from the Adjuster, but what he will not tell you is they stopping working on my project for 3 weeks without a phone call to let us know about the lack of payment. We then wrote him check to get them working again and advised Bill if it happened again to please let us know. Well it happened again, and again NO phone call. This is not how you run a business. If he had just communicated a little bit I might not be writing the review. I would have expected at least a weekly update on how the project was going, how the costs were going, there was NOTHING!! Having my home destroyed by water was one of the worst experiences of my life, but this contractor made it 10x worse. It did not have to be that way, all he had to do was pick up the phone or stop by the house once in a while for updates and all this could have been avoided. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS MAN!!!!
