Seems like a lot has changed since the first time I used Eclipse. This time around they were on top of it, the phone team kept me updated with my project, the installers did an amazing job, and the team even called the next day to see how everything went.

My experience with Eclipse Flooring was very positive. The installer, Jesus, completed the work in minimal time, including vacuuming and removal of old carpet and new carpet remnants. I am pleased with the way the way the carpet fits snugly to the baseboard and is smooth and even. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

The whole process took a short time from start to finish and they did such a good job on my carpet installation

I had a similar experience with Eclipse as everyone else. Totally unprofessional. Completely rude when you try to get any accountability for the poor service. I was rescheduled three times by them, among other things. Finally called Lowes and spoke with the Manager and he refunded us $600 for the hassle. But, was ready to walk away from the whole deal. I would not recommend them in any capacity. And, shame on Lowes for continuing to use them when they obviously know how bad they are. Will never go to a Lowes again for a big ticket item.

Everything in the preceding reviews has been the same with my experience. This company is unreliable, rude, dishonest, and very incompetent. When I finally got my installation--after 2 failed attempts--it was done very, very badly. To make it worse, the 2 guys who did it tried to conceal the mess so I wouldn't see it until after they left. One mess I did see--silicone all over the floor. When I told the guy it wasn't ok to leave it, he said he didn't have time to deal with it because he had to go to another job. Telling him he needed to finish it was to no avail. Lowe's wound up refunding the cost of the installation, but I am incensed that they apparently know how bad Eclipse Flooring is & they are still using them. While the refund helps, it does not mitigate all the time, energy, labor & expense that I got stuck with for this very poor job.

This company is by far the worse! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. My first encounter was when I had them come out for an estimate. I never heard from them after that. The guy who came to measure said they’ll call and they never did. Then months later, I bought flooring at Lowes and decided to have them install it. Turns out they were partnered with Eclipse. I figured Lowes will have my back if anything goes wrong. Eclipse called me and scheduled my installation a month ahead. I called them multiple times asking about if I had enough materials and how they were going to do my wooden stairs with the marble. I even uploaded a picture through the customer portal. Each time, they assured me that the installer had it under control. The day when the installer arrive, he was surprised that I had wood flooring that needs to be removed and said he thought he was doing my bathroom! Then he got on the phone with his manager Tom and left. I called Lowes and Eclipse. Lowes didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t get a hold of Tom until 5 hours later and he gave me the bullshit runaround about how they screwed up and they’re going to have to reschedule. I am very upset because I took work off for the installation. I decided to cancel with them and I’ll find another installer. They are not worth my time and Money!!!!!

Never use them, Lowes should be ashamed, work was terrible and covered up bad work by using Caulk!!! When we complained they said the work was good!

It took 3 visits for them to come measure my room. Two of the visits, the guy was "in the hospital". Then, on the day of my installation, they never called and never showed. When I called - they told me, after a lengthy delay, that the guy was in the hospital but that he would be released back with no restrictions for the following Wednesday. They then showed up 4 hours early, before I had a chance to move the electronics out of the room. The guy refused to move the furniture, as I had paid for, called me a slur in spanish, then left.
Never ever have them do work in your house. The dude was clearly lazy and the company does not know how to schedule their staff. They're rude on the phone, try to gaslight you (supposedly they called but my cell phone call log shows no calls from them). Erica is particularly difficult and rude to deal with.

Do not go with this company, they never call back and they kept us out of our home for a month. 3 weeks before the install I asked them to check the subfloor and they would not, on installation day they would not start working and said the subfloor was not ready and would not help repair it. I hired another company to repair it and a week later they still would not do the job. Be cautious as this company is really bad.

This has been the worst experience of my life. We contracted with Lowe's who uses this horrific company for installation. We paid to have our stairs and upstairs bedrooms carpeted. The installer shows up on April 19th to do the install and immediately tells us they didn't send all the carpet we paid for. Not to mention they sent the wrong schematic for the install. The management insists the installer start and of course the job is only partially complete as they ran out of carpet. Fast forward 5 weeks, over 2 dozen phone calls later, multiple excuses from Eclipse including trying to insist we didn't pay for the stairs (even though it's in the contract) and the additional carpet has finally been ordered and an install day/time set. Of course the time comes and goes and we have to call to find out why they haven't arrived. Again we have to deal with the disaster that is Eclipse and their excuses of where the material is. Overall, the biggest regret I have was going through Lowe's and having to deal with Eclipse. Avoid this company at all cost
