Ecodwell Construction
Ecodwell started as a solution to a perpetual housing problem in Chicago: A lack of affordable (and more specifically “green”) new construction options in the city. Combining their areas of expertise, Avi Ron of Dream Town Builders and Jeff Sommers from Square Root Architecture have introduced a brand new concept to Chicago. The duo coupled Avi’s superior knowledge of Chicago real estate with Jeff’s vast experience in affordable green home building—and voila!—Ecodwell was born.
Ecodwell’s mission is to create affordable housing that’s sustainably minded. We strive to give our clients the most bang for your buck—not only in low upfront costs, but also in repeated savings down the road. At the same time, we do everything in our power to ensure the homes we build have the least impact on local and global environments.
