  Please stay away from ecosun for your own good. They do not honor their word. Their bank denied my application for financing and as per our contract they are supposed to refund my earnest of $1000. Its been 6 months and they still have my money. My theory is that they are using everyone money to finance new building. Please do your research on the owner who has multiple failed businesses with bad reviews.

  Do not fall for the Ecosun sales pitch. In particular Gary Yasso, their Palm Bay office sales Rep, knowingly And willingly bold face lies simply to get a measly $1000 earnest money deposit. Good luck ever seeing that back - and you will want it by the time the price of your home has gone up After you put earnest money down. They send addendum’s without letting you know and then refuse to return your earnest money after you decide you cannot trust them. The waiting list of Bill the home is 14 months. Can you imagine how many price increases there could be within that amount of time given that it increased $8500 in a matter of days for no reason. Oh, actually there was a reason. They said it was a mistake. The original price was actually higher than what they told us. In writing. Unfortunately, I actually wrote a good review mentioning Gary after our first meeting but before the price increases and dishonest practices.

  BEWARE. Do not believe the representations made by this company to entice you into buying a home. In December 2019, the lender who finances for EcoSun approved my loan after we spoke over the phone from the EcoSun sales office. The lender pulled my credit report and we discussed everything. The lender approved the loan if I could lower my credit card balances and raise my credit scores. As of this date, my total outstanding balance on all three credit cards is $450. I have raised my credit score by 40 points. BUT, the lender now is demanding I invest thousands of more dollars. Since I do not have this money, the lender has denied my loan. I signed the contract relying upon the lender's original representations. Had I known the lender would demand additional money, I would not have signed the loan agreement. My home will be ready in July. But I am now denied the loan, so I cannot purchase it. At this time, I still have not received my deposit back, and was told today this could take up to 60 days. I was so very thrilled to purchase this home. It was a dream come true for me. But I now feel cheated, defrauded, and manipulated. Please beware, and don't waste your time. Never do business with a company that does not honor its agreements.
