Ed Kopel did the work required. It was satisfactory though the human interaction could have been better. Specically, Mr. Kopel made a suggestion which I listened to and responded, "An interesting idea."
Next thing I knew, he had included his suggestion in the floor plan. I most certainly did not want to include his suggestion. Also, it would have added significantly to the cost of the renovation. In other words, his listening-to-the-client skills could be improved.
