Do not use this guy. He didn't finish the job, begged for payments as we go so he can pay his workers. I put my trust in him that he would come back do all the clean up and repairs after I paid him in full. Nope, he ghosts me for the 2nd time. Drops the ball twice ghosting me for 5 days each time. Then I receive a visit from one of his subs that he hasn't gotten paid for 6 days and Eduardo's story was that I didn't pay him. I have proofs of payments in full. The stories can go on and on for pages. The bottom line is he is untrustworthy, unreliable, and lies. His loss, I had 5+ referrals lined up for him. He did not realize the depth of my network and the influence I have in my neighborhood. I also have a Better Business Bureau complaint and also am filing a complaint with his bond to finish the job and to get his sub paid.
