We had a bad experience with Ed. During the project, when we had questions or concerns Ed would shut us down and say don’t worry you’re going to love it. At the job completion, we were not happy with the interior window trim and attempted to discuss with Ed. He replied via text that there was nothing to talk about and that he would be by in a few hours for “his” money which was beyond rude. My husband attempted to speak with Ed about our concers via a phone conversation but Ed lost his temper and with an aggressive attitude again said he would be by shortly for “his” money. Do not recommend at all.
